Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elegance Bikes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your luxury bicycle or components, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return & Return Address

To start a return, you can contact us at support@elegancebikes.com. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent by mail to our registered corporate address: 30 North Gould Street, Ste 47111, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

​3. Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for a flat return shipping fee of $25.00 for all buyer-remorse returns (e.g., didn't like it, wrong size ordered). For authorized returns, this flat fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to support@elegancebikes.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic and video evidence of both the packaging and the product. If the claim is verified and reported within this timeframe, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Failure to report damages within 48 hours or provide required evidence constitutes full acceptance of the product in perfect condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Cancellations

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products like special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Refunds & Timeframe

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately at support@elegancebikes.com.
